2. We will confirm the availability for your date and discuss the package option that will be best for you.

4. Let's talk about the details. You will be able to choose the size of the illustrations (A5 or A6) and tell me whether you would like the sketches to have facial features, be adorned with glitter, etc.
5. Add any extras to your package (such as an A4 illustration of the Bride and Groom or wedding memories created after the wedding).
6. We will confirm the details of the package you chose and any add-ons.
7. Secure the date. Once all the details are in place, a 50% deposit will be required to reserve the date of your event. The remaining balance will be due 6 weeks prior to the event. Please note that the dates will not be reserved until a deposit is paid.
8. Three months before the Big Day, I will get in touch with you to finalise the details and send a payment reminder. Please note that I will be able to live sketch at your event only after the full payment has been made. Once everything is in place, the countdown begins. I can't wait to be part of your special day!
9. I absolutely love being part of your day and capturing the magic as I sketch your beautiful guests! Throughout the event, I will take photos and gather content to share on my socials. After the big day, I would love to hear from you! It is very important to me that I provided everything that you had hoped for, and added that extra sparkle to your special day!

I kindly ask for a large table and a chair.

• Guest illustrations (the number depends on the chosen package)

• Detailed A4 Couple Illustration: A beautiful illustration of you both, delivered without a frame after the event (£35)
• Your Favourite Wedding Memories: A collection of cherished moments, presented in A4 format (£50)

Absolutely! For any number of guests over 80, illustrations are priced at £10 per person. I will complete the sketches and send them to you after the event.

I try to limit the number of people to two per illustration so that as many guests can take their sketch home as possible.

I am based in Greater Manchester. There is no travel cost within a complimentary 50 mins radius of Greater Manchester (or up to 1h of travel time).

Travel costs apply to venues outside of the 50-mile radius at £0.50 per mile.

Accommodation will be factored in for venues over 2.5 hours of travel time for myself and my logistics partner.

Yes, of course! I'm based in the North West of England, but I'm more than happy to travel for destination weddings or events.

Flights, two nights accommodation, transfers and additional travel time would need to be fully covered. The quote will include myself and my logistics partner.
