Live sketching adds a personal touch to weddings and events. Bring me along to create charming illustrations of your guests. You and your guests will be able to take home your own live illustration.

These drawings serve as wonderful conversation starters. You and your guests will receive portraits hand-drawn on premium A5 card and presented in protective sleeves.

All packages are based on my completing as many illustrations as possible on the day (as included in the package you chose), and the remainder being completed in the studio after the event.

I arrive 30 minutes before I am due to start illustrating. I require a table and a chair. Guests will be able to approach me for their portraits. I will take their photograph and work from it as they enjoy their time while I draw. The finished illustrations will be displayed and ready to collect.

I am based in the North West (England, UK), however I am more than happy to travel for destination weddings or events.

FAQs

How does it work, step by step?

  1. Get in touch with me using the form below or email me at hello.rosannasynak@gmail.com. I aim to reply to all enquiries within 24 hours so that your planning goes as smoothly as possible.
  2. We will confirm the availability for your date and discuss the package option that will be best for you.
  3. Pick your package.
  4. Let's talk about the details.
  5. Add any extras to your package (such as an A4 illustration of the Bride and Groom or wedding memories created after the wedding).
  6. We will confirm the details of the package you chose and any add-ons.
  7. Secure the date. Once all the details are in place, a 50% deposit will be required to reserve the date of your event. The remaining balance will be due 8 weeks prior to the event. Please note that the dates will not be reserved until a deposit is paid.
  8. Three months before the Big Day, I will get in touch with you to finalise the details and send a payment reminder. Please note that I will be able to live sketch at your event only after the full payment has been made. Once everything is in place, the countdown begins. I can't wait to be part of your special day!
  9. I absolutely love being part of your day and capturing the magic as I sketch your beautiful guests! Throughout the event, I will take photos and gather content to share on my socials. After the big day, I would love to hear from you! It is very important to me that I provided everything that you had hoped for, and added that extra sparkle to your special day!

What do I (the organiser) need to provide?

I kindly ask for a large table and a chair.

Can you draw more than 2 people on one page?

Yes, however, I try to limit the number of people to two per illustration so that as many guests can take their sketch home as possible.

What areas do you cover?

I am based in Greater Manchester. There is no travel cost within a complimentary 50 mins radius of Greater Manchester (or up to 1h of travel time).

Travel costs apply to venues outside of the 50-mile radius.

Accommodation will be factored in for venues over 2.5 hours of travel time for myself and my logistics partner.

Can you do destination weddings and events?

Yes, of course! I'm based in the North West of England, but I'm more than happy to travel for destination weddings or events.

Flights, two nights accommodation, transfers and additional travel time would need to be fully covered. The quote will include myself and my logistics partner.
